About to buy....

a 3.4 with a Gatorback belt and a Intense Racing PCM Tuned to my 3.4 Setup

any comments or other things i might wanna do while doing this?

I havent had any issues with my intense tune but Ill know where my air/fuel is and stuff wed after my dyno

then get another belt of the right size. the gatorback is no better than the regular stock belt.

i will say the gatorback on my crownvic stopped the nasty 1-2 belt slip

Gatorbacks are quiet belts, gates are apparently a bit better at gripping.

I bet your a/f is lean, way lean

Get an intense pcm if you want to pop a piston

ive read that 3800 performance sells dhp but i cant seem to find were this is stated

Im not sure my exhaust tips had a lot of carbon build up on them im actually thinking im running rich

mine did too. I have black marks above my tips

I still bet your car goes lean in 3rd

okay, go right ahead and waste money on a belt. a belt is a belt, dude. youre no where near the area where youd be worried about belt slip, so just get a cheap one.
