About to buy these wheels.... What do you guys think?

So after doing some searching, I stumbled upon some wheels and tires I really like from Tire Rack.

I have them in my shopping cart at the moment, all I need to do is press the buy button. I guess I was looking for some opinions on these from you guys? Not so much looks wise, cuz I like the way they look, but more so will I need to roll my fenders? My car isn't lowered or anything, and the offsets (+42mm) are fairly close to the stock wheels.

The only thing I'm worried about is when I get to the final checkout page, a warning pops up that says the load rating on those tires is higher than OEM, which might cause a harsh ride. Is this something that I should worry about, and get a different tire? The reviews of the tire all seem to be pretty good....

Oh and BTW, I have a 2002 GP Coupe, in Bright Red, so I was planning on using the red painted spoke inserts. Would that look OK do ya think?

Yea I know... basically my question was will I need to roll my fenders, and will the tires give a rough ride, like the warning said?

with that offset unless youre lowered u should have not problem with rubbing. id go with 255/45/18 just to have more rubber.

A 255 would fit? I don't know much about tires... AT ALL, so any help you can give me would be awesome. I know the Tire Rack site recommends 245's, which is why I added 245's to my basket... The 255's would still fit then eh?

I'd just run the 245. That...and buy some springs too while your there. Springtech's ride great for lowering springs with the stock struts.

they will fit fine and ride fine. who cares what warning it gives you because i told you its fine.

K, well I ordered the wheels and tires today. They should be here early next week. I'm pretty excited. I've had the stock triangle wheels since I got the car 5 years ago. This will be a nice upgrade :)

One random thought though. My car has the silver pinstriping on it, and it is kind of peeling off. I was thinking bout just taking it off completely. Is it as simple as peeling it off? Or will that take the paint off the car?
