Yeah but in any race you take the chance with something going out on your car but you have tp know that going in
But its a easy 100 if nothing goes wrong and I win
If I sell some More parts I might do it because the money I have now is from parts

Did this race happen yet or what? And you should do a standing mile race. I did one in my G8 a week ago for $400 and damn is that a fun type of race.
 
Just take it on Pinks All Out and ask for 15 car links and get talked into letting the other guy have 15 links and eventually losing. This is probably the best scenario. If you win I'm sure you'll get tools as well as a DSM if you lose just buy another GP.

I wouldn't bet much unless your 100% sure what he has. $100 isn't much if you do lose. It's worth the risk I would race him but obviously be safe about it.

I hope he's not trying to pull a fast one but I might try as long as I can pop the hood to both cars I'm fine with it and I would take it on the long abandon road around here just to make sure it safe for as safe as racing can get for us lol
 


He could just be all talk just to trying to downgrade what you drive and going into AZ to purchase parts probably gives him more of a reason to thinks its a POS but in reality it's a what 13+ year old car I expect things to go wrong and need to be replaced.

Yeah I figure as long as he is really stock then it should be easy I think because I told him I get like 12 lbs of boost with mods and they get about that stock he might think he has the upper hand

Exactly and my car is at 220k and probably runs better then his car at less miles
 


DSM are far from reliable lol as just about anyone who has had one I can almost guarantee has had to do some hefty repairs. I'm not so sure about the newer cars but the older cars were junk but they can be made to be pretty quick but not reliable. Theres two 2 brothers around here that both have one. Outside appears stock but the motors are far from it pushing 400hp+ but they're constantly breaking so they have other cars like 64 Impala and a Steeda Mustang that they drive mostly.

Yeah my 2 buddies have one they both are rebuilding them to be crazy 400+ but there cars broke down that's why they took the time to rebuild them but both are still not done lol
