a few codes i need help with!

ok so i know what the codes are just need some help troubleshooting them. p0171 and p1133 which the guy at autozone told me its doing with the o2 sensor. i replaced the front o2 sensor about 6 months ago with a boush which i know they arent that good since they throw codes. and then it threw a left bank running lean and a random misfire. i didnt get all the codes because the scanner threw 12. but the codes came up twice on this scanner, and it also threw that the egr valve had low circut so im thinking could be the reason for the misfire? but the engine is running like crap but not accerlerating. what its doing is bogging down under acceleration and then when it does it like surges then bogs and then surges. it feels like sometimes like its out of gas when its bogging down. the idle is alittle rough when i first start the car by rough i mean jumping from 750-1000. i unplugged the egr valve(no emissions here in indiana) and it runs alittle better but still alittle bogging under acceleration. im at a loss here. ive replaced the wires, plugs air filter, about a year ago did the fuel filter. so could this be my pump starting to go out? injectors clogged?
 


i know there is a hose missing from right behind the intake manifold but i dont know what it goes to. its right by the fuel rail but i dont know where the other connection goes to. i know i have an exhaust leak but i think i hear an air leak coming from around the egr. how often do the seals on those go? and any suggestions on the bank running lean?
 
so where the hose is, i just followed it from the brake master cylinder. the black hose that leads to the uim and there is like a breather valve right where it connects from the uim right next to the sku tag and thats what was missing. what and where is a map sensor? is that the same as mass are flow sensor? because i see thats cracked on the top but if i push on it slightly the idle do not change

That picture doesn't work. Try uploading to an image sharing site like imageshack or photobucket. You say that valve or connector on the UIM that goes to the brake booster hose is missing?
 
you have to reconnect that hose first. thats a huge vacuum leak in itself..I just fixed a po171 in my car last week, it was the fuel pump..my pressure was to low causing the lean code...once you reconnect that hose, hook up a fuel pressure gauge...should be between 48-55 with the key on, engine off...higher side is what your looking for cause itll drop 5psi when you start it...
 
ok so i just took off the egr valve and yea it was full of gunk and it was sticking if i pushed up on the cylinoid it would stick in the up position , so i sprayed some brake cleaner in it and worked on the inside and it didnt stick anymore. then i pulled the map sensor out and i noticed the part that the sensor locking into the two clips on the side onlyh had one clip on each side so i dont know if that would cause a leak because that little guy was in there pretty tight. so i pulled that out and looked at it which it didnt look like there was anything wrong with the actual orange seal but i wiped that off and got it clean as i could. would that throw any kind of codes for itself like the egr did? i dont have a fuel pressure gauge so thatll have to wait till i get it to a shop but i cant find the right torque wrench with the saftey pin in it, to get the maf sensor out and i looked at advanced and they only had normal ones. do they rent them? but thing i was talking about there is a black hose coming from the brake master leading to the uim. where that hose connects to the uim there is like a breather hose sticking straight up from the tube leading into the uim. there is nothing on it at all and i didnt know what exactly its purpose is or if its hurting the car at all. but after i cleaned the egr and map sensor i started the car after putting everythign back, and the idle sounded good from the start, but i havnt drove it yet but i reved the engine by the throttle body cable and it sounded good no puttering or bogging but we'll see when i drive it thanks for the help guys!
 


So I start the car and start driving it and feels like it falls on its face even harder than before so this morning I unplug the egr and it drives alittle better than before with no jolt during accelerating. But still boggs alittle and I here something that sounds like its coming from around the uim.. maybe a sticky rocker? But its a consistent kinda like a ping but I don't know sounds kinda from the back bank
