Figured this would be a rather simple fix so put it in this section...
2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GT1
My A/C and rear defrost buttons only occasionally work when I press them. It is almost as if the contact to the switch behind the button is not being made. So I press and press from different angles and eventually it (A/C or rear defrost) will kick on and work just fine. The same when I want to turn the A/C or rear defrost off. The recirculate button works just fine (I assume from little use).
Any thoughts on how to fix this? Will I need to take the entire panel off? Any idea on a part to replace the buttons and a guide?
