97 pontiac prix keeps missfiring

My Pontiac keeps miss firing I put brand new spark plugs in it, all have fire, coil pack still has fire and the wires have fire. When I start it it misses but starts which causes the engine to jump or knock. I tried to read it from codes with and obd2 but won't read. I don't know what to do.. please help
 


I forgot to say this, when I turn it on and stand near the middle of the car it sounds like there's only half the amount of air coming out of the exhaust and the rpms won't go over 4g I tested to see if it'd redline or max out.. no dice.
 
It's not supposed to redline in park. It has a rev limiter at 4k. Get a scanner that read live data and see where your misfire is at.
 
Can't even do that. Someone cut the wires from the obd port in my car. I can't even rewire it. I just don't understand what'd it be. I seafoamed it too. I let it run an easy 10 mins and still keeps misfiring
 
What's icm I think the plug order is in order have to check it though. Other than that could it be a fuel injector?
 




Ima have to do that. I'm pissed though the car was fine before I got off work. Turned it on after that and it just started misfiring after I pulled a uturn
 
if your sure the plug wires are on right, and the exhaust is weak out the tail pipes, and the engine dont have any power when driving it, ( may have been slowly getting worse) now it will barely run?


you can pull the o2 sensor out of the manifold, fire it up, if it runs a bit better the cats clogged, also bang on it, see if it rattles inside it. or if it glows red while driving it. its clogged up.

clogged cat will also cause a misfire, and make the cel flash when flooring it.
 
If the cats clogged do I get another? And yesiI'm sure I can stand beside it and the exhaust will sound like it's trying to push air out but can barely get enough out
