i have 97 gtp and i have been getting this code ever since i had the car. i have replaced the plugs with autolite 606's gapped at .060 replaced the wired and the coils and got a new icm but didn't need it because mine if fine. i recently cleaned my throttle body and part of the inlet of the supercharger where the throttle body bolts up. I haven't changed the o2 sensor. and my car drives fine it doesnt stutter or anything like that while driving but at idle my engine is kinda jumpy it moves alot at idle and seems kinda ruff the rpm's are steady at around 700 and ever since i cleaned the throttle body the code takes longer to pop back up. im thinking its my o2 sensor and i might even get a new icm to see if it changes again.

Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Start at the "T" under the snout and go from there. Any mods done to it or are you stock?

It's possibly a cam position sensor. But i'm just kinda throwing that out there as that's what my wife's 3.4 ga gt did when hers went bad.

ok a little update for the code i was just driving normally and the ses light went off by its self and then he next time i drove my car again it came on after about 5 miles. and not it keeps doing that? its confusing the hell out of me. does anyone have any ideas?

the fuel pump is original. everytime i scan my car its p0300 which is multiple random cylinder misfire. i have no idea which ones do it the most if any.

Mayb try n gap your plugs to .55, Then c if u still get mrcm? And when is this happening, idle or wot?

im using a hanheld obdII scanner with live data. i dont knw when this happens because sometime it will just start flashing idle or not
