hey im just tryin to figure out what spring i need to buy with my setup. i have a zzp fullsize intercooler, ported lim & gen 3 s/c, 1.9 modded rockers from zzp, speed daddy headers with stock pipping to magnaflow mufflers no cat no res, 3.1 pulley, and stock timing chain and dampner which is y i ask ls1 springs or the comp 105's because ive herd the 90's are rough on the stock timing but that dont make sense to me being as they're a lower spring rate

that was a bunch of help lol, but now that i just noticed the ls6 spring is there any diff between that and the ls1? and honestly which one is safer for the stock timing chain and dampner because this is still my dd and i dont wanna **** it up to bad lol

awsome thats what i was hoping to hear now two more quick questions where can you pick up the L76 cuz i didnt see them at zzp or intense but i coulda overlooked too and do you need new retainers and locks too?

You can get the L76 springs from the dealer. I will have a spare set of l76 springs in the near future if your in no hurry.

ok one more quick question by any chance do yall know the diff between the comp 105's and the crow 105's? ive jus seen the crow ones are like 100 and the comps are 140 so im jus tryin to figure out what differences are?

Apparently the Comp 105s are/were known to break. Everyone will say to get the Crows if you go that route.

I have the L76/L92 springs and they are working well.

also is takin all the spark plugs out and puttin like a rope a spark plug wire in there and rollin it to tdc a good way to change them on the car or no? i dont have an air compressor so thats the only reason i ask and ive herd of people doin it this way but not sure how good it is

I've heard that you dont have to worry about upgrading the timing chain until you get to a 130# spring.

ok and one more for yall can i use the the manley steel retainers, viton seals, and comp cams valve locks from intense on the L76/L92 springs with the zzp modded rockers? i just orderd the L76/L92 springs today from chevy i was gunna do the crow 105's but 30 bucks for the L76/L92 springs sounds ALOT better lol. also do many people have to really adjust much after install or are these USUALLY a good to go type of thing?

Sounds good to me. I am running all that same stuff but titanium retainers.

I would also get the Viton seals with the two metal bands like ZZP sells over the one thick metal band style.

AWSOME!!! I litteraly jus looked at this real quick to see if anyone had responded before i hit the check out button at intense where i was gettin the retainers and locks too so im glad to see that thank you thank you lol. im gettin a new s/c gasket and wideband from zzp anyways so thatll work awsome thank u again lol.

They are just easier to put on. When you install them just make sure to use IIRC a 10mm socket and push down on them to seat them properly.
