The motor mounts are great, solid rubber. The trans dipstick is a possibility, but I haven't otherwise modified my setup since going to the smaller modular pulley, so I figure that would isolate a variable like that.
~7 degrees of KR on 3.5" pulley, please Advise

What makes you think you wouldn't need to tune in the pulley drop? Obviously, you're knowledgeable to a point but are either intentionally or unintentionally ignoring what NEEDS to be done.
Scan & tune @ each pulley drop, dialing in the settings until just right, then drop again, or add mods to address the knock. You are looking to skate the entire monopoly board and win the game all at once. Personally I don't think it's a good idea. Basically amounts to Russian Roulette with your engine.

damn i had a 3.35 pulley on headers fwi and p&p blower with tr6 plugs and didnt get that much kr untuned i had a 0 in first and then about 3kr in 2nd that a ass kicker i did the zzp 1.0 tune that i got used for cheap works good maybe get 1 kr when it 29 deg out at top end thats about it

Alright, I'll go ahead and look into tuning. I was thinking that with the right mods, the flow would balance the increase in boost, but apparently it wasn't enough. A few members on here suggested that I go ahead and try going without a tune first, so I gave it a shot.
Also, though some of you like the ZZP tune, I heard bad things about it "back in the day" and I think I'll either get tuning software or a DHP PCM. I don't really trust a company that tells people they can run a 3.5" pulley stock when obviously a 3.5" is too much for my car with headers.

all in the tune. keep in mind, air temps are getting colder quicker this time of year and gas stations are switching to winter blend gas. a stock pcm isn't going to be able to compensate right with the added air flow from your mods. probably just going lean under load leading to the kr you're seeing

This was kind of what I was thinking, even though I'm new to the tuning scene. I figure, with more than enough flow for a 3.4, let alone a 3.5, my AFR should probably be my main concern. My only worry is that, in the process of tuning for a 3.5, I'll have to cut too much timing, or have a silly rich AFR.
Is there a problem to having AFR that's a bit on the high side just for WOT and "normal" AFR for the rest of my driving? I'm one to only floor it a few times a week, otherwise I drive quite sanely.

Getting a solid WB tune in that thing should kill all that KR, even on a 3.5".
And the AFR was probably 10:1.

10.5 wont wash the cylinders.
