4k limit at 90??

it will shift into 3rd right at 90... so typically I see cars just get hit by extra load, and start misfiring so they dont go anywhere.
 


Just for giggles. Look at your shifter and see if the PRND selector lights are on. If not do a full throttle start. If it doesn't rev over 4k and bounces like a rev limiter you car still thinks it's in Park, reverse, or neutral. Happens to my Bonne I have just been too lazy to realign my trans position switch.
