JDCMoney....did you get your refund yet, if not, please post in my thread. if so did you get in touch with them or how did you get it?
 
well.....a rep finally contacted me by phone yesterday, saying that they respond to all emails and that he didnt get my e-mail the first time I gave them the phone number.(or respond to my other two e-mails for that matter) All of their refunds are issued via check and there is a holding period for them to flash the pcm to make sure it is good before they issue the deposit check. I placed order in oct., the original pcm was returned to them on 0ct. 13th. They claim that a check was sent out in the first part of November to me. I never did see this check that they claim was issued. I dont know if it was never issued or got lost in the mail somehow. According to them, this check was never cashed and they are issuing me another check for the deposit. I am also supposed to let them know when I get this check. They gave me both check numbers and I am supposed to keep in touch with them to assure that this check gets to me. FYI for future reference to those that order from 3800performance.com and what their deposit policy is for PCM purchase.
 
sounds like BS to me. maybe if it was JUST you that had issues getting your check in a decent amount of time. maybe if it was JUST you that had troubles getting an email reply about the check, but its not.... a couple others have had both issues as well. they forgot about you, then came up with some BS reason to explain why.

thats my opinion...
 


I agree and am guessing that is what happened too. As long as I actually get my money back for the deposit I guess that is all I care about right now.
 
I just received and cashed my check from them today. So far satisfied other than the two and a half month wait. I will update if anything else changes...good luck JDCMoney
 


I dont know, I cashed it right away. It was from xxtreme performance refund account...that is all that I know
