3800 performance pcm

Sucks when people don't listen to these guys who have went through engines and spent ungodly amounts of time trying to figure out the reason for the engine failure. Reptile did my DHP tune and it feels MUCH safer and less aggressive than the zzp that was on my regal. I'm glad i listened to these guys!
 


Still having major problems with 3800 performance as far as them refunding my deposit. It has been two months and several emails since it was returned. So far they have only replied to one email just asking my phone number. I gave it to them and still have not heard from anyone at their company in any form about my issue. No problem with product, but dont expect your deposit money back or any communication from them unless it gives them sales dollars in the form of an order from them. I am dissappointed to say the least and I am not the only one. I have ordered from them several times before and never had a problem. I am not the only one either. JDC Money has been waiting three weeks among others
 
They asked for my phone number from me about a week ago, I still have not gotten a response. This is pathetic and why won't they take five minutes tops to contact me either by phone or email? and still no refund...two and a half months...do NOT do business with this company if you like to do business with honest companies. They might as well be TDC...
