3800 Performance PCM refund issues

My money was fully refunded a long time ago...so they owe me nothing money wise.

Too bad zzp pcm's are junk for anything supercharged(see many people on this site who have blown their motors because of them allegedly. ....also there are many on here who have had terrible customer service problems with zzp as well. I personally have dealt with zzp many times with no bad experiences.

So...everyone has their favorites..I just wanted to share my experience with the GP community and warn everyone, and it turns out that I wasn't alone with my experience on the refund situation or customer service with them in general(3800perf.) .....
 
I ordered a PCM from 3800 performance I shipped mine first due to my car being down any ways and am not in too big of a hurry they received it on Wednesday the 7th (seen on the ups tracking) no emails or any thing from them i emailed them on the 8th to make sure they got it and ask when the new one would be shipped out and they told me it would be shipped out Friday the 9th not sure if it was or wasn't but I did not get any confirmation that it was or any thing so I am just hoping it was because ill have my car finished and will hate if the PCM is what is holding me up
