My brother's 1996 Saab 900S Turbo runs 12.3 quarter mile with an upgraded waste gate, intercooler, and his turbo is putting out 14psi of boost with 315hp to the front wheels...not bad for a swedish 5 door hatch that's shaped like a boot XD

Im not sure if he has the time slip but he said he ran a 13.6 with like a 2.1 or 2.2 60 foot which is horrible which means his car is really a low 13 second car...

The 60 foot doesn't really jive with the ET and supposed modlist. Get a timeslip or call BS on this guy.
 
I used to have a '03 350Z with CAI, SSV Intake Manifold, Borla header and dual exhaust and a UTEC Engine computer. At the wheels I only dynoed 296HP, with 292 tq. The Borla setup cost me some horsepower, but I was going to dump the header when I did the Jim Wolfe Twin Turbo and complete engine build. My kid arrived before I could finish getting it built, but conservative estimates would have then had the car at 500whp on 91oct.

I guess the whole point of this rant is that the guy is :th_blahblah: if he thinks that he has that type of power coming from the VQ engine with that setup. He is completely full of S**T. The only real way to get good power out of the VQ is to go forced induction. If you were on a road course or autocross he would kill you, but you should have him on a race from a dig. Just my 2 cents.
