• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! 2015 Calendar Discussion thread....



Damn why aren't we doing the calender for here!! Lol This FB calender thing is getting out of hand.. it's all a who has more friends to like their photo contest not a which cars should be in the calender contest lol

Couldn't agree more with what Alix said. The ones I voted for I don't know. A couple friends shared their picture trying to get more votes. Didn't vote for those people.
 
Ya its all about hey lets whore our posts out and get people to vote lol.. it sucks cause some good cars are prob not going to make it in.

Agreed.

I shared my photo on facebook because I felt it was calendar worthy compared to other pictures BUT i felt like a douche about it...

It shouldn't be about how many friends someone has, or how well you market your picture to the public. It defeats the purpose and the 12 best photos won't win. It's such a dumb way for voting. Kinda ruins it for me.
 
You see the one guy saying if he hits 400 likes he give an iPad. Not sure on the truth on that or not but its what I saw.

We got Dsmuts up to 2nd place but then he dropped to like 10th or something. I only liked both Dans and Alix0rs pictures iirc.
 
I sent a picture or 2 to troy but he wants to remove the photographers water mark. I told him it has to stay, but I guess he went ahead and contacted my photographer. Really don't feel like dealing with it.
 


I can tell you from personal experience that a lot of the Calendar makers wont let you use a pic that has a water mark in it. I would have had to have you remove it before I coulda used it.
 
I want to say, I'm currently sitting in 7th or 8th place right now for the Calendar votes. A few of the top 12 cars, shouldn't even be in the calendar.
 
It was looking like in the beginning it was gonna be a good one. But like a lot of cool cars aren't making it just cause people advertise. Also if he contacts joes photographer and he oks it. It's basically free publicity for him
 


Ya i saw that guy say if he gets over 400 likes he will raffle of something...its like that **** is what im talking about...i mean his car is sweet but come on really, now people are voting only bc you are bribing them not bc of the pic of the car.. and ya mine prob isn't going to make it in...not enough friends I guess lol
