2004 Panda Prix Comp G - The beginning for it's new owner

Re: 2004 Panda Prix Comp G - The end of an era

Damn man! It's coming to michigan so will be near me, n hopefully it'll be at the meet. I hope the new owner takes care of it and doesn't run it into the ground. I got a lot of useful info from you and the car! Good luck man

Re: 2004 Panda Prix Comp G - The end of an era

Dave pushed the limit with what w-bodies can become with this car. Truly an exceptional build by an exceptional guy. Watching this car go through changes was a great experience. It opened many peoples eyes about what can be done to a Gran Prix.

Well at least Dave's still here. As long as he doesn't buy a lolbalt like that bluegai it's cool.

One of my favorite of all time. I just hope it doesn't get hacked up and ruined like both of my GP's i sold. Kids in Michigan with Grand Prixs are viscous...

that would be awsome lol a mini lift in your garage. to bad they cost 4,000

Lifts are actually a lot cheaper than you think. You can get a nice 4 post lift for $1200. I almost bought one with my tax return. Two post are even cheaper.

Sad to see it go, but the new owner will most likely keep it the same.....maybe get darker TINT!!!

Hope that classic above it on the truck doesn't drip anything on it. I will find out soon enough.

Re: 2004 Panda Prix Comp G - The end of an era

Hey Dave,

I don't come on here much anymore (you know where and how to find me), just wanted to chime in and say congrats and thank you for inspiring me over the past few years when I was modding Regenesis. This probably won't help, but that is a car I wish I still had.... Interestingly that car also ended up in Michigan... Hmmm.

Anyways, clearly you had history with that car, in a way it's probably good it's going far far away, I'd probably feel the same way when my Trans Am sells... When you have a lot of blood sweat and tears into something you tend to get attached.

Nuff said. Now buy a G8 already. ;)

Beautiful car. I'm glad I got to see it in person.

I look forward to seeing your new projects.

Also good luck with your new home.

Thanks everyone!

It is going to a good home, the new owner owns 2 GPs already, so I have a good feeling that is in good hands.
