2001 gtp

Optical

Ok im buying a 2001 gtp with 131xxx miles, the guy says the supercharger bearings are grinding pretty bad and he stopped driving it. My dad will be helping me fix it but i have been reading that puting a gen 5 supercharger on will be more beneficial but i cant find a complete build list to do so.
What i was wondering is if someone could post all the items we are going to need to complete this build. That would be awesome and thank you in advance

It's the coupler. $50 and your on your way. Make sure you talk the car down a lot to get a lower price though lol

TB adapter (u can choose to keep the L67 or maximize the setup with a 2000+ Northstar TB and Lq4 maf)
either a L32 lower intake manifold or modify the L67
you will need to modify the Gen V evap hole on the blower (block it off)
and a new Tune

I would not just rely on what someone said is wrong with it, it would be best to first confirm or deny any "hearsay" issues with it, than decide whay type of modification you want to do.

The car is $800 and in good shape no rust no dings just needs new tires and to fix the SC, my dad checked it out and everything else was in order.

so for parts,
gen 5 SC
north* TB
Lq4 maf
Not sure on what adapters to get but was looking here ZZ Performance
and what options would i need here ZZ Performance

thanks for your guys' help i appreciate it

If you want to go cheap with it replace the sc coupler and drive it, make sure nothing else is wrong with it and enjoy the modding from there.

the second link is for the LIM and options that has to be done
and the adapter, but as my first link do i need a maf adapter or tps adapter?

You just need a Gen V lim for the Gen V supercharger.

The adapter for the N* Is to fit it onto the Supercharger. If you buy a N* kit it should have everything you need.
