And the sage continues. They sent me another package, the package was sealed but the box inside was opened, there was only one halo in the box that was covered in pocket lint and the epoxy coating (I assume it's epoxy of some sort) was missing exposing the LEDs. I e-mailed them pictures and called a few minutes ago and was told politely that they'll get to it, and to wait. This will be the 3rd shipment for a warranty replacement. WTF. I mean WHAT THE **** is going on at that place?

Oh I would be flipping **** if something like this happened and it was something that impact the headlight's output (AKA bulb, ballast, etc.) I can still drive my car like this. If I wasn't able to drive my car because of their product going out and it took this long (3+ weeks) to get a replacement the BBB would be involved, no doubt.
