1998 grand prix se 3100 v6





I haven't been driving cause I nedd to replace the radiator but idle is good now sounds good just a knocking sound on warming up but I'm trying to find the correct torque specs for ghe rocker arms I'm finding 13lbs+30º turn , 18lbs and then someone said gm revised it or something to 118lbs. I'm trying to out it on correct even tho it runs fine I wana redo those
 
The knocking was the rocker it torn the threads out I helicoil it. I put the radiator in. But when I was switching the thermostat the one that was in there was longer than the one I got . Is the thermostat suppose to be longer so u have to push it in to keep it in place and flush?
 


Now when I stoped my car my idle a little rough n dropped n picked up real quick and the car took off by itself real quick. Any ideas of this . My idle I can feel something like rough in my engine i dont really know
