1997 gtp supercharger

I have a 1997 gtp I recently bought and it has some what of a ticking noise coming from what sounds like the supercharger.I pulled serpentine belt off and there it a little play in the pulley. Not front to back from supercharger but if you spin pulley left to right it has just a little play in it. It only makes the noise when at an idle. And its not a very loud noise but you can feel it in the SC also. When you give it gas and it build pressure there is no noise. SC oil level is fine. Car seems to run great and power seems fine. Just can't figure out what the noise can be or if i should be worried and what further more I can do. The guy said he rebuilt the supercharger. I have jot taken anything apart to see. But the shaft part of the SC with the pulley is new. You can tell that just by looks. Other than that I don't know what's been done or what I can do to actually find out.

Sounds like coupler. It's an easy cheap fix.

X2 on coupler.... Does it sound like rocks in the SC? And the fact that you have play in the pulley and that it is only there at an idle... COUPLER.....

Yes it does sound like rocks or like something very small is bouncing around. But like I said its not loud u can only hear it with the hood open.

prolly just the coupler... EASY fix..... Pretty cheap too.... Get the coupler from ZZP....

i have the zzp coupler(green)

i still have the very small amount of play when you turn the pulley forward and reverse.

its the clearance between the gear teeth on the rotors, my coupler is extra snug, its not worn

Does yours make the noise I described. That's my main concern. Also, where is a good place to get some body parts. I need passenger side rocker. And to figure something out with my strut towers. Passenger side is way rusted.
