Thanks for the help. The only reason I didn't think it was a strut also is because both ends of the car are sagging, not one side but I will measure to double check. But your right, its got to be a strut or spring. Hopefully it won't be expensive

If you look at the diagram there really isn't alot to go wrong in that area. Unless by some strange reason, bolts broke or came out and the shock dropped or some crazy 1% chance weird phenomenon happened to you. I would bet money either the mount or the strut gave out.

But then again, I've been know to sometimes be wrong.

Can you please send the parts list for this drawing ? Is #18 an endlink ?

18 is an endlink and dan take the rear wheels off and take pics we can save you some money.

Well i learned my lesson. I had to bring the car in last night to the shop so i couldnt take pictures of the wheels off. Like Sheff said, that 1% crazy phenomenon happened to me. The car had two new rear struts, about 1.5 years old. Well they must of been Sh!t because BOTH rear struts + both rear shocks blew out at once. How does this happen? Well $660 later its all fixed. I could of bought KYB AGX Adjustable struts for the same amount of money. I need to learn how to fix my repairs on my own. Mechanics are so damn expensive. Seriously $660 for two struts and springs? Im done. SD hood is now on hold as i have $660 to pay off.

Dang, sux that it was expensive, but glad you got it fixed. Suspension problems are rarely cheap fixes but I was hoping for your sake.

Had just about enough money for SD hood. Now im completely broke. Oh the joy of car repairs.

Jeez I guess I'm to cheap I just changed the front struts, tierod, and cv joint for $40. I need to charge more lol

$660 for only 2 new struts?!? thats an easy fix too, and what did you buy your other struts used or somthing?

Yes Sir! i sh!t my pants when i saw the receipt for $660. I didnt buy my struts, the previous owner i bought the car from said he just bought new rear struts. I have the receipt for it too.

Only took me an hour and a half though from the time I had the car on the jack to the time i was done with it all. I charge $25 an hour so I get quite a few repeat customers.

dont you guys live close to each other? why didn't he just ask you for help you pull your engine out and put it back in and running hours later, im sure struts are no biggie to you lol

Maybe if you didn't sleep all day. I texted you the other day to see if you could help with my fuel line. You didn't text back until like 8:30pm cause you just woke up. you disappoint me

Well i followed some guys write up, now my fog lights stay on while my brights are on. Really easy and simple.

Ill get some night time shots later, heres just the quick wiring job.
