Okay. Then, I'll say what dots.
I see little "holes" on the back side of the inner rocker where the bolt goes in
I'm pretty sure these are installed right, how else would they be installed?
I sent pictures getting confirmed this looks right.

Dots are supposed to face the valve stem.

That's the oil hole. Take a look at the piece that goes under the rocker (pedestal).

I didn't say that.
I said look at the piece that sits under the rocker. The pedestal. One side of it should have a dot on it. And that dot should sit in the bottom flat piece so that it faces the valve stem.

You guys are killing me. I found a picture. The rocker dead center, ignore it (and the carnage lol ). Look at the base of the rocker to the left, see a dot on the pedestal? That's the dot I'm talking about.
