Re: 1997 Black GTP, She's Lookin Purrrtttaayyy.

I do agree with you 100% though.

With the SD Hood and Air Dam, there is so much going on up front, but nothing in the back. The stock tiny spoiler doesn't "flow" so well with everything else. The SD wing is to big and obnoxious, looks like Poo IMO, while the GTX/Gen 2 spoiler is nice, but to "small" I think. The Gen 1 is perfect, though. You can't go wrong with a bird bath on the trunk.

I've been dying to get the SLP Gen 1 spoiler, for the longest time, but I had other priorities for the car first. Now that I have a much better paying job. This SLP Spoiler will be on the car in no time, and will dramatically improve the looks of the car.

Re: 1997 Black GTP, She's Lookin Purrrtttaayyy.

werd, its the only spoiler i like, besides oem daytona 500 spoiler.

i will go with the gen 1 spoiler and sd air dam eventually.

Always a good lookin car Dano, will be a vast improvement once you get the bird bath added.

Re: 1997 Black GTP, She's Lookin Purrrtttaayyy.

Aztek is photobombing the shot lol.

The funny part about this. I didn't even realize there was an Aztek until after I took the picture.

5 Pontiac's in a row, randomly. And on top of that, I was basically leaning on an 04+ maroon GP trying to get this picture.

Re: 1997 Black GTP, She's Lookin Purrrtttaayyy.

Welp.

Bought some new things for the car.

I originally planned on buying the SLP Gen 1 spoiler, but I found a great deal on a Red Aeroforce (Thanks to Josh) for $150. Couldn't pass up the deal.

But as we all know, a Wideband goes along with an AF very well. So in that case I bought an AEM WB as well.

Oh and since I'm currently buying gauges, I hate my narrowband I have, So I bought a GlowShift Oil Pressure gauge to take its place.

And one last thing, I bought a new A-Pillar (one that snaps in, instead of screws, cause mine is jank) as well.

The SLP Gen 1 spoiler will have to wait a few more weeks now, but I am in no rush. An Aeroforce was highly needed.

Re: 1997 Black GTP, She's Lookin Purrrtttaayyy.

Here's a picture of me and my buddies car last night.

His car: Bored .020, Fully rebuilt engine & trans, SSAC headers, Intake, NGK wires, Zzp 1.0 Tune, New paint job, Stock pulley and slow as hell :th_laugh-lol2:

He is currently selling it to buy a new Malibu.... :th_shakinghead1: So it's for sale incase anyone is interested. 130k miles.

Re: 1997 Black GTP, She's Lookin Purrrtttaayyy.

Welp.

Starting hooking up some gauges.

Still waiting on my Aeroforce and Oil Pressure Gauge which both will be here tomorrow hopefully.

Also bought a new a ZZP pillar pod, having it snap in is so much more convenient than screwing it in.

Wideband isn't fully hooked up, I have to get a new bung welded for it sometime.

Its still kind of mess, but I'll have it all nice a tidy by this weekend. Mhmmmm so many gauges. Me likely lights.

Anyone know what is a Constant 12v Source in the Glove Box Fuse Box?

Out with the old:

Decent Gauge:

What a Mess:

Cleaned up:
