17" on GXP

Even though I haven't purchased a GXP yet, I was checking Tire Rack for snows, out of curiosity.

They list a number of 17" tires and they show some wheels.

Unfortunately I have chronic web problems at TR with "session timed out" or "your session was terminated for your security" or some such BS. I've complained to them via email. Guess I better phone the MFs Monday and ask them what their problem is. There are other fish in the sea. :th_nanana:

I was going to search for wheels, but I got sick of reacquiring their site because for some reason a customer of 15 years doesn't seem to rate good web service.

I was curious if any GXP owners are using 17" tires, either for winter or summer use?

I couldn't find any reasonably priced 17'' snow rims for my GXP but I did find a guy selling 2006 Monte Carlo SS rims so I picked 'em up and wrapped 'em in some Goodyear Eagle GT's. Considered some Blizzaks but they were too damn expensive.
