I currently have 6" x 6.5", 5 Lug, 115mm Bolt Pattern rims with P225/60R16 tires. I was wondering if i would be able to go up to a 17 inch rim, if so what size tire i would use?
245-50-17 are almost a perfect replacement for overall diameter (will keep your speedo accurate)
245-45-17s work but slightly smaller so it will be just barely off, but this is the common size fire for mustangs and other cars so there is a BROAD selection to choose from
I just put this size on my car and they ever so slightly rub the struts on the back. That's with a 42mm offset wheel. A smaller offset would fix the issue.
