I know there are a lot of factors here such as 60' time, Altitude, Air Density, Etc.

As my regal sits now its 3652 lbs with me in it.

Mods:
XP Cam, 9.4:1 Compression, 3.3 Pulley, SD Headers, 3" Cat-back, Intake, DHP Tuned (KR Free) 4340 IS, 7/8ths chain (3.29 Gears)
There are some more mods but they are more support than anything else.

How fast should this be in the 1/4? My thoughts were Mid 13's.
 


I'd hope quicker than mid 13's.

I ran 13.2~ @ 105~ with an L67, XP, LS1 TB, 3.4", Pacecrappers, stock GTP gearing, and a base DHP file with raised shift points and stock timing.

If you can hook it, I'd say 13.05 @ 107.

But that's from being optimistic.
 
Right, There are a few things id like to buy before going to the track like some drag radials and spring blockers.
 
I'd say a mid to high 13 depending on all the variables is a fair guesstimate.do you think your hiher than that?

Even though i like this optimism better than mine.....setups were definitely different,and he did a 13.2.
 
But to be fair i have almost a full compression point, smaller pulley, higher gearing, and a tune that's dialed in
 
I went 13.1 @ 103 with a 2.0x 60' in my 180k L36 bottom end, slightly ported heads, XP, SD headers and pretty much no interior.

That's the '99 LS.

The 03 is a pig (see sig). 13.3 @ 103 with a 2.0x 60' but I didn't take the seats out.
 


It looks like i have to wait until next year for the track times.

Id like to add 60# injectors, Racetronix FP, E85, My ported gen 3, And a smaller pulley (3.2-3.0).
 


Another update.
I added a ported gen 3, 3.0 pulley, 60# injectors, E85, and i managed to free up 75 lbs work of dead weight.

With the basic mods (xp cam, 9.4 compression, 3.4 pulley, 3" dp, 3" exhaust) it made 260 WHP with 415 ft-lbs. I wonder how much power i make now lol. I know ive lost torque, but i hope i added at least 30 WHP with the stuff ive added.
