Totally. LOL. I think that is true for all GP's, especially the 97-03 body style. I have a 2000 GTP and I'm always thinking how sketchy of a car it is. Like I'm asking to get pulled over... Mine doesn't look too bad tho, body looks nice. This one here is clearly mint! But the ones with extra rust around the fuel door, peeling tint...you're asking for it!

It doesn't need to be illegal to look good. Police really don't like not being able to see in if they need to, for obvious reasons 35% would still look better and will get you less interest, and less interest is always better.
