I have a 2000 grand prix having rough idle due to a saip code . Is that a part that needs to be directly replaced or can it be repaired and or cleaned out ?

http://www.obd-codes.com/p0410

ive seen issues with the stuck check valve or some thing with those.

depending where you live and if you have a local who has a tuner you can just remove the whole air pump crap and have the codes deleted.

unless your in CA and they look for that crap. that pump is a ca emissions deal.

Southeast ohio so imma buckeye. Not to familiar woth the pontiacs.
i can do all the removing myself but wasn't sure if the car needed it on to not throw a code or function properly

i think reptile is in OH. or MO, not really sure lol one of em.

he does tuning work. hes a moderator here. he sells canned tunes too. you just include that in the new programming, then remove all that crap from your car.

Where at in Ohio ? I'm southeast near wv. And does the air pump and egr taken off mea the ecu has to be reprogrammed to work correctly ?
