Ok so I have a 2008 GP Base, Ive done some exhaust and intake work but, I am at a crossroads right now with either to go with headers or powerlogs, and i would like to go with new lifters and roller rockers, springs and rods. What the question is i have a few miles on the engine would the mods damage the engine? and if not should i go with LS7 lifters? thanks to all in advance for the info..

Your N/A stick w/ a plog/downpipe combo..headers will cause you to lose some low end torque.

ER rockers - yes

Hv3 should be added

No need for pushrods keep the stock ones.

IF he changes lifters he will more then likely have to change pushrods.. Which is why i recommended not doing lifters...

very true but not so i still have fuel injection system to mod but i dont wanna do that. I have a 2003 mustang to finish modding as well.

When you change the rockers usually you would wanna change the rods but it is not required. The time when it is required depends on the condition of the rod or the degree of modification to the valve train slightly over stock rockers will not call for new rods
