• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

gas mileage

The dic isn't super accurate. Best to figure it up with miles divided by how many gallons it takes to fill it up.

No problem. I'll check it when I fill up this week.

Thanks very much! I actually was fortunate enough to find a set on Ebay for $10 bucks shipped. They just won't be here for another week or so. This will help out until then, thanks!

Judging from DIC I'm getting like 19 city after getting rid of the FWI and going from 104s to 605s, still need to go back to a stock thermostat. My DIC has been pretty accurate on fuel usage, but my tires are a little short so 19 is a little exaggerated. Probably more like 18ish.

Burned 1/4th of a tank driving 150 miles on the highway at 59ish mph.

Burned another 1/4th driving less than 50 miles in the city

Such a mileage difference...

This is on a 98 GT N/A

was the first 1/4 of the tank from a full tank? because from full to 3/4 is more like 1/3 of the tank or more lol.

Between what my DIC is saying and what i calculated after my last fill up im getting about 24 mix driving and 32.6 all highway. So I figure all city im at about 19-21 . Still need to finish up the rest of my tune up .

I can do 20+ in city when I am nice to it and 30 mpg on the highway. A few weeks ago I took it to the strip and took my hood off in fear of it exploding on me and I ended up getting 35.3 mpg on the way back. :D

Who would've known the hood makes such a difference.
