• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Project Race-Hearse

I'm obviously not working on it today since I've been on here all day and chatting and whatnot. I needed a day for my back. It's painful for me to stretch into that engine bay to get it apart. You could put 2 L67 under the hood of that thing!

So, tearing this thing apart isn't exactly easy even with all the room (no air tools...get an air compressor Swigglet!) and it took me the good part of a day to get to where I am now.

I have an extra air compressor i could sell its a decent size for a garage its a 30 gallon Speed Aire

I hear ya! My friend also has one for sale he wants $75 for it forget the brand tell him to let me know, Im sure he probably wouldn't wanna take a road trip all the way down here for it though

Ok, after my day off yesterday, I got back into the hearse today. I got the other head off so now we're down to the naked block:

I unpacked the low mileage F-body aluminum heads:

And I started installing them:

But what race-hearse project would be complete without this:

I had a little fun with the last one. Obviously, it's not truly bolted down to anything, but damn I wish it were.
