Pontiac 2003, faster and faster please help

So i drive a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix Se not a GTP but a SE, I want this bad boy to run fast really fast like faster then a Lamborghini if possible, But I know that wont happen but just so you can imagine it. What are some mods or things that should be changed around the car at certain miles to keep it at a good fast speed and also to save some good gas mileage since I drive freeway weekly, I was on 101 freeway in California and some honda beat me from a 40-100, I don't know how that even happened So any tips are welcomed or suggestions. Budget? No there is no budget since I don't expect it to run fast by next week. I want to start a project so no budget for now

You wanna go fast?? scrap your SE and buy something OTHER than a grand prix

after rereading, I believe you need the "Money in your pocket" mod.
otherwise it will be slow.

I like 2 cars, BMW 325D 2009 and Impala SS 2006 but i don't know, The BMW all the way but it runs around 34-38 k and impala ss is a fwd

seriously. you can drop an l67 turbo and built trans in. Retailish price is about $7k+ for all that

I give it a month... I've owned mine since April 2nd of this year.... I hate it already, to cheap to sell it and buy something else
