how many miles does your 3.8 have??

185,400 new fuel pump and normal maintenance only. Planning a top swap with upgrades very soon. Collecting the upgrade parts now.
 






174,000...Bastard is so reliable, it's making it hard for me to justify wanting to trade it in for something newer.
 


140K on the Camaro when it was blown
136K on the 97 GTP
267K on the 99 GTP. Replaced the original good motor at like 255K.
 
01 GT with 134,000+ Original engine would still be in car driving if previous owner hadn't overheated it to the point that both heads cracked, (coolant into bearings, etc.). Plan was to replace the crank and keep going as the block and pistons still looked like new, but cost plus new heads was way over replacement engine. Point is, without serious overheating this engine could have gone 250,000 easily.
