F body brakes..



So in reality I ordered 98-02 Camaro/Firebird rotors and they have worked great for 40,000 miles

Baer eradispeeds need the bolt holes enlarged to work but other than that they work.

Racebrakes curved vein rotor for stock replacement should bolt on without modification.

just gonna say, i hate my slotted rotors in winter when snow gets there. no brakes until it melts off.
 
So really all I need is the brackets and calipers.. nicey nice. This definitely makes it a lot easier, thanks for all the info guys

and yes I know C5 calipers will work in f-body brackets. I will be running some soon. But you cant use the C5 13" rotors.

The 12" will indeed work with the C5's though, right?

Oh.. and I know 16" fit over the fbody calipers, but can that also be said about the C5 calipers? I use my stockers in winter.
 
Calipers, brackets (either drilled/tapped or sleeves), brake lines and rotors.

Tip: F body brakes get mounted on the opposite side of their labeling. This is because of how the mount to the knuckle in the two different applications. The easy way to ensure you put the calipers on properly is to ensure the bleeder is higher than the place where the brake line hooks to the caliper when everything is mounted.
 
Kinda sorta thinking about c5 calipers for baller effect and "*****, I have corvette brakes!" Sorta thing.

Yes, f-body 12" rotors work on C5 calipers too

The calipers should fit under all 16" rims except the crosslaces. The fins do need to be grinded down for regal GS wheels
