Gas smell in Oil in a 98 3.1

While checking oil on my grams 1998 Chevy Malibu with only 32.5k miles i found it with a gas smell and looked like stale orange juice. The last oil change was only 400miles ago in last November. She doesnt drive it often obviously

she doesnt drive, and when she does its always short trips, which doesnt help.

maybe it has a leaky injector that leak fuel after shut offs and it goes down into the crankcase.

The orange look is the lower intake manifold gasket leaking. Get it fixed if grandma likes her car. If not just get rid of it.
