I decided to dedicate a thread to muh purple 98 Grand prix GT since i'm going to end up making major modifications to it. It's all Stock right now but it should be a fun project. Enjoy :D

I read a bunch of threads and took some peoples advice, I took the car dealership logo off and added some inlays to the "Pontiac"

Gonna paint the front bumper? Not to bad looking otherwise. I'd debadge if i were you, and clean those tips up.

I did manage to take the pinstripes off and debadge the sides, not sure if I wanna take the back off yet.

And about the bumper.. I want to paint it but I recently bought some black headlights and was thinking about keeping the bumper black and getting some black rims, 15% window tint.. kinda like a black and purple look.

awesome color combo

Thanks :) I was going to go for a black/white look but I was told getting it painted could cost about $1,500 to $2,000 so I decided to just keep it the way it is since you don't really see that many purple and black Grand Prix's riding around. Next payday I'm going to get the halo headlights installed and then go from there. :)

speaking of black and purple GPs......lol I has one...and it really is a color combo you rarely see

Black and Red = done to death

Fix that right tip, tuck them up another inch or two...get the bumper painted, the windows tinted...don't buy projectors, they suck...get HID's for the stock capsules...you'll thank me later...get that u-bend taken out if you didn't already...leave the resonator...and enjoy.

Looks good so far. Keep up the good work. What mufflers are you using?

I liked the bronzemist and black combo on my car. I think if I was to do a black and purple combo I would paint the bottom of the rear bumper black as well and put the purple inlay on.
