On my way home the other night on the outer part of town I notice a GP GXP on the other side of the road, going the opposite way. Then after he went by I notice him hit his breaks, turn into a parking lot and flip around real quick and head my way. I just thought to myself...here we go...

So he inevitably catches back up to me like I knew he would. We are out of town now on the 4 lane. He gets along side of me and paces me at around 55-60 mph. I look over and see him goosin' the gas a little bit. So I just go part throttle for a second or so, then nail it right when he does. From 60 to 90ish I walked him nasty by about 3-4 cars.

I figured he would be done now but nope. He gets up next to me again, both of us cruising at about 80. I do the same thing as before, go part throttle for a sec then WOT as soon as he does. I got the 2nd gear downshift at 80mph and put the same 4 cars or so on him to 110mph. He had enough after that and turned into the gas station a few miles out of town and flipped around again to head back to town. I'm assuming he was stock or close to it judging by how hard I pulled from that high of a roll. I'm pretty sure he did have some kind of exhaust work though.

So, that's my story and I'm stickin' to it!
 


Nice job. Love it that he came to race you from the other side. lol. Never had anybody do that to me. Probly alright tho. haha
 
Thanks. I had that happen only one other time but it was a guy that I knew, haha.

I just wish I could have went at him from a dig or even a 25-30 roll. Would have been a much bigger slaughter!

I also tried to get a 99/01 Cobra and an SRT4 to play with me earlier in the night, but they didn't seem to be interested. :( After I gave them each a rev. They just looked at me like I was nuts and then ignored me.

i know your problem: you didnt have the hood off your car.
 


I need to turn my shift points up a bit. It's only shifting at 6k. Should pull a lot better on the top end, shifting at 6300-6400.
 


Ive taken the long way home to play with people before... but have never full on turned around just to race somebody...

So a dude in a GXP turned around in a parking lot just to track you down for no apparent reason...lulz you instigated that didn't you?
 


I've done u-turns to go after certain cars but half the time I just get weird looks...they're not "down". I was also undefeated vs GTPs when still NA :/

The apparent reason was to race me, obviously. I knew what the guy was doing the second I saw him turn my way.

And no, I didn't do a thing. He must have just been out looking for a race. Was probably his first car and was really fast to him.

It's just how kids are around here, though. Over half of the ''kills'' I get, I never post because they were too easy.
