Dan's 98 trusty rusty gtp Now with battle scars and weight reduction

I've been on here for a little bit and figured I'd start a member's ride thread. So here goes:

I bought it in Feb 2011 with 193,000 miles. This is the day I picked it up.

Now cleaned up.

Then I thought it needed tinted tails and debadged.
Before:

Then I ported and polished the supercharger.
Inlet:

Outlet:

Then I used some gutter guard and made some grills and put some badges on there.

I also tinted the turns.

This is how she sits today.

Let me know what you think.

im not so sure about the red calipers, it looks like a christmas car! i had a green grand prix just like yours and i painted mine yellow. heres a pic of it looked like.

I wasn't so sure after i did it but most of it is chipping off now so i might redo it after winter time if it doesn't rust in half first. lol

Its just a thought about the yellow or a different color of the calipers. i think paint the calipers makes the car look so much better but i dont know if red is the best choice for the green car b/c now you have a Christmas color looking car. Its all about what you like, definelty keep them red over not repainting them at all. just my 2 cents.

Corners look terrible, replace with some nice clear corners & maybe try a "chrome" paint for the calipers, might look alright and addresses the "Christmas" thing

To get rid of the matte finish on your tinted lights, take a buffer or mothers buff ball to them. It will make them look like glass, example on my old car:

I thought the turns would look a bunch better tinted but then they didn't lol and I was gonna buff them just haven't got around to it yet I've had the thing to do it sitting in the garage forever just been really lazy.

I also put on umi Trailing arms after I saw what my old ones look like.

Not really it say's perf shift which stands for performance shift. It's always on in my car.
