I need something free (or nearly) and fun to do to my car

I have time today to do whatever to my car. I'm going to wash her down and clean out my interior. What should I do next? Don't say wax.
 


wax is cheap tho, and its getting cooler outside. tire rotation is free, wheels get cleaned real good when off the car too.

i was just in Allentown yesterday too, small world.
 
just polished my exhaust tips and one is clearly too low. DO i juist hammer one of the rusty bars supporting the muffler up to get it in place? Something adjustable?
 
the rubber hanger may be stretched out, and need a new one installed, or try to bend the metal rod thats on the muffler to adjust it.
 


Clean under the hood / tuck wires. At least thats what I do when I'm bored and the car is already washed waxed and detailed... Dunno how much fun that is for you tho
 
for your exhaust you can put a hose clamp around your rubber hanger and tighten it til it is at the right height.
 
great idea! I never thought about a hose clamp. I might try that today. Yeah my engine compartment is filthy.... I should get on that...
