6.5lbs @ WOT on a 3.4" pulley :o

Thats w Open cone HAI, Ported TB, Ported inlet/outled S/C, St2 InterKewler(w/ PCV notch), Ported lim, headers, catless catback, 1.9' modified rockers, zzp tune.

I think it's probably about time to drop a pulley size.

Turbo's don't count...honestly since it is in the supercharged section. Also...plenty of people, including me have had issues with ZZP's box tunes...others have not. The OP has had a blown motor...if not more than once.

So...yeah.

Its every bit of a L67... sorry I dont have a m90...

Anyway, I would like to see the reasoning other than "blown motor"... Is it too much timing? too lean? To "blow a motor" with a "tune" is requires some extreme mistakes.
 
I've seen 11 at the highest on the 3.4 (trying to lower it). 6.5 on the 3.8. My buddies with a gs said the highest he's ever seen his was 10.3 all stock.
 


Whatever you're using to check your kPa should be showing your Boost & or MAP.

ya i use HPT, my point is that the Map is actually Maxed out at about 5500 RPM's while shifting at 6100

HPT calculates boost at 13.5-14 PSI, but the actual number at the top of the gear is unknown
