I was going through the "ricer pics" page and saw a 240sx.... Made me think back to my '90 240. Oh how i miss her.....

Nothing fancy was done to her. Just a CAI. This car was an animal on corners.


And here was my pride and joy......for about 5 months.

Ronal 16" 5 spokes
H&R Lowering Springs, 1.75" in the front 2 in the back
and it was tuned.

Ran amazing for a bit, then had some flywheel issues and decided to sell.

And then of course....

This car was an animal in the corners too..... Koni yellow adjustables, neuspeed springs, automatic torque transfer system on the front wheels that put 15% more hp to whatever wheel needed grip. Handled like a rear wheel drive car being front wheel drive. Type sh lude....

I always wanted a prelude for some reason. I had a gen one eclipse, two tone paint job. Probably the best car I've ever owned.

It was an awesome car now if I could get the gtp to handle like that I'd have a perfect car. 2.2L 4 cylinder 200hp 0-100 gtp owns it.... anything over 100mph the lude would eat a stock gtp up..... Did 150+ stock..... from a 80 roll the lude would walk a stock gtp!

I'm sure we will get some haters in here on this but I've owned both so don't tell me I'm wrong!
 


The ka24de. Theres a 240 that runs at the local track....Rb26 swap with one of the biggest turbos I've ever seen. Its to say the least SICK. My 240 wasnt all that fast. Just a fun ass little car to be in

I actually dont, lol. I was just out of high school. I only had a little digicam. Now i have 5 grand worth of track cameras.
 
Im 27 and I have owned over 20 vehicles.. Ive owned alot of different cars..

Favorites being..

91 Eagle Talon TSI.. All Wheel Drive monster!!
87 Mazda Rx7.. Lots of GO for not having a single cylinder.. Lol
85 BMW 325i.. Just a neat car to drive..
81 Chevy Camaro.. Need I say more??
96 Ford Mustang GT.. Slower then you might imagine.. But still fun..

And the fastest car Ive ever owned.. No make fun of me for this..
98 Ford Escort Zx2.. I took a high 17 sec car.. To a LOW 12s-High 11s..
Lol.. Ok.. Its kinda funny.. Hahaha

My bimmer was fast..... a lot of hp.....but weighed about the same as a small aircraft carrier. So it was a cool car, autocross was fun in it.

As far as the escort, 2.3L? Was it turboed or bottled?

No.. It is a 2.0L.. No Spray.. All N/A!!

Now.. I know the BS police are going to be all over my ass..
I should probably tell you guys... The car was only 1750 lbs..

I've had quite a few cars myself but owned a ZX2 as well and it was pretty quick until i hit third gear then it had nothing.

Once some engine work was done.. Second to third was my favorite shift.. Something about smoking into 3rd.. Priceless!!

You couldn't smoke your tires in a zx2 in third gear with your ebrake pulled and foot mashed on the brake pedal come on now spence....

Vids of the NA zx2 in the 12's / 11's or you are full of sh*t

I mean seriously you're trying to tell us you built a NA zx2 that out runs a ws6, camaro ss, 03 cobra ect... do you realize how stupid you're making yourself sound......

We will patiently wait for your vids ... we don't want your timeslips....
 
Clean.. Seriously dont care what you think of me.. Unless you.. Have ever built a Zx2.. Maybe you shouldnt talk about it.. I dont talk about built Saabs or Evos.. Even what the GPs will do.. Cause Ive never built one and personally dont know what theyll do.. The GrandPrix was never bought as my sports car..
But until you have went through and completely built a Zx2 from the ground up.. Not just bolt ons.. You probably shouldnt judge.. You know they came with 130 horse from the factory.. And they ran a 17.. Congrats.. YOU CAN USE GOOGLE!!
