Hey guys I just joined, looking for information on mods for my dads gtp... but in the meantime heres what I drive.

2010 5.3l V8 Chevy Colorado, Mods: supercharger 6.5lbs of boost, Longtubes, no cats, dual cutouts, SSBC big brake kit, Custom QA1 coilovers, Hellwig sway bars, Notched frame, LED tails, HID's, e-fan, and led sequential running/turn signals. Soon to install heavy duty tensioner, and 3.4 pulley.

Someone else on here has a sweet Colorado as well. I didn't know they dropped a V8 in these things, is it the LS4? I bet it hauls.

The engine code is LH8 basically its Silverado 5.3 without DOD or VVT. she goes pretty good.

Im going for ultra sleeper mode, most look at a midsize truck and think pfft crappy V6 at most. little do they know my babys packing a supercharged v8 hahah

Best part is you live in the state thatcares most about emissions.

Stick it to the man...oh, and need some big boy track times :D
 
Very nice. Ive never seen a supercharger quite like that before. Ususally the pulley and intake are on opposite sides.

Yes I was hoping you'd post up in here. I knew there was someone on the nation who had a pretty bad ass gp, was gonna hit you up about some mods on my dads ride.

I dont have any videos, but with only 6.5 lbs you can barely hear the supercharger over the exhaust lol. I got a billet 6 rib pulley kit coming, and I'm gonna pulley down to a 3.4 we'll see what it sounds like after that.


Thanks for all the kind words guys, I've been looking into getting a grand prix for myself. Now that a found a cool ass forum I just might look into it further
