new Impala SS 18"s on gtp.

all GP GXP wheels are staggerd. not sure the sizes of bonnie GXP's, but they do look good

Not ALL GP GXP's have staggared rims/tires.

That guy (:th_laugh-pointup:) has 18X8 Alcoa's all the way around. ;)

IMO, the staggard look is just dumb.

why not run staggered? your not going to corner good either way so why not at least have less rolling weight for straight line?

its not a look.... the reason GM made the front tires wider than the rears is to help deal with understeer.

but if your talking staggerd rim size (18s up front and 19s in the rear for example) then yes, that does look dumb

i just realized from your sig, i watched your exhaust sound vids and you racing the mustang on youtube like 400 times when i was figuring out what pieces i wanted to use in my exhaust system.

I'm aware of their reasoning, however it all depends on how you drive the car. I'm not trying to pull better track times with my GXP, I drive to work and to pick my kids up from school.

So 18X8's with 255's are exactly what I'm looking for, and if I do say so, look much better than the 7" rims in the rear. It's all in what your needs are. Just my $0.02.

If you dont need the traction then why get a GXP?

Why not? Modding a car isn't my thing, so to have the stock 5.3 is nice. It's not like I'm going to fly off the road since I've got 8" rims with 255's in the rear compared to the 7" with 225's. :th_eyesrolling:
