Haha I don't have a problem with it being called pink. some guys get really offended though. It's like calling s dark cherry metallic 40th edition GP purple. Some guys accept that's truly the color, and some guys dont :P

And as for a drop it I think I'm going to hold off on all other mods and buy a beater to keep miles off the STi. Then get back to business.

The UPS man paid me a visit today and he delivered a lot of nice things.

A 3" Borla XR-1 Catback exhaust with 3" DP adapter for a true 3" turbo-back exhaust

Figured I'd throw up a picture of my "new" tires as well. I picked up a set of 4 Potenza RE-11's for $40. They only have 4-5/32nd's left but that's enough to last through the summer. For $40 I'm not complaining. They're the stock tires size for the STi. 225/45/17. The a/s tires that were on the car were 215's. I had them mounted/balanced the other day and I love them.

i actually think the EL sound is growing on me. it still sounds boxer-esque, just smoother.

Got everything installed last night, it's really pretty quiet but has a nice rumble to it. You can hear the turbo whistling which is awesome. Haven't driven it hard yet, I reset the ECU after flashing to stage 2 so I want to give it some time to relearn everything before I ramp on it. Should be pretty quick though.

can you scan/log with the AP? it would probably benefit you to see if youre pulling any timing across the board. mine does on a stock tune.

Yeah I'm going to log on my way to and from work today. On the stage 1 tune I had no knock at all so I'm hoping the same is true for the stage 2 tune.
