to see if anyone has any kind of dyno results or some kind of proof of how much HP a u-bend delete will gain you.... I know it made a world of diffrence on my car, but I wouldn't have a clue as to how much HP I gained.
 


whether its 5 or 10 horsepower gained, its from reducing your KR. youre not making more power, youre freeing it up and letting your car run to its full potential.
 




The only thing I'm worried about a top swap is the whole "getting a tune" because I know nobody that does that kind of stuff, and I don't really wanna try to do it myself incase I mess something up.

Intense does good canned tunes for topswaps, that's what 99 runs. Don't try tuning for a topswap yourself if you've never done it before.
 
question if i got the Speed daddy headers

I don't need to do a U-bend delete because that entire piping is out right?
