• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Couldn't wait to show the new buy!!!

Here are pictures of the cars that inspired all of this. I think the mach 1's are a great alternative to the bullitts, I just hope my car look half as good as these ...

my car is going to look VERY similar to this one

..
That is clean...needs a drop..

suprisingly, they look uglier on the car. good eye! like them!

Um, thanks I think LOL. I'm not sure if this is a jab at the wheels or a compliment but its ok either way, haha.
The wheels are going on this week as soon as the center caps arrive.

Ha, don't worry bro I just thought it was hilarious...
I appreciate the comments, I really like the rims and tires. They are a bit heavy but I probably won't even notice when I get them on.
Anyway, I just got the center caps today so the mach 1's will be going on the car soon, probably this weekend. I would do it sooner but it is freaking cold here in St. Louis. Here is a pict of the rims with the center caps on them, I think they look great. Sorry for the bad quality.

Yeah, I got the picture off of Club Grand Prix. Honestly I don't even know if the owner of it still has it but it is a nice looking car

What color is your car? Can't really tell from your sig... and get those wheels on and give us pics pronto.

My car is dark/ navy blue just like the one pictured above and I'll be putting them on probably tomorrow. My car is going to look very similar to that one but I still can't wait to put the new Mach 1's on. I just need to decide if I should mount them when it is cold as sh*$ outside or cold as ba#@s. It snowed here today in St. Louis too and they just salted the roads again so I'm hoping tomorrow it will be a bit better.

Yeah okay, good. That color blue looks ridiculously sexy with the mach wheels. Any other color for some reason wouldn't look as good I'm thinkin...

so...this is probably a stupid question but i just want to clarify....mustang rims bolt right on to g/p's or do u need some sort of adaptor/spacer?

Nope. The bolt pattern at least is fine. Ours is 5x115mm and a mustang's is 5x114.3mm, so they work fine. The only thing you have to worry about is whether they'll rub or not. Width and offset are what get you because if you get the 04 and older 9" wide wheels, they have a +24(ish) offset which give people issues with it rubbing the outer fender. The 05+ mustang wheels usually work out for people just fine but some people are lucky and some aren't.

Are you wanting any wheels in particular?

Told you to get the brushed aluminum centercaps. looks nice.

Yeah the brushed aluminum ones look great... I was planning on putting the wheels on yesterday but once again it snowed here in Stl and I atleast want to clean the car before I put them on. Anyway, Sunday is looking like the day when I'll mount them. I swear, this is a test of my patience, I get new wheels and tires that I really like and I have to wait and wait...
I'll be sure to put up pictures as soon as their on the car:th_biggrin2:

yea i thing some cobra rims would look badass....either later 90's cobra rims....or some from the 03-04....other than that i would consider the charcoal 5 spoke amarcan racing style cuz those were pretty common on stangs nd i could probably find a set for a decent price

Well now if you're getting those years they might give you problems rubbing... depends on the width, offset, and the tires you want to run. Just make sure and ask someone before you lay down the cash.
