kinda sucks too because he was one of the only good methanol references in the 3800 community since everyone thinks that a pre-blower setup is ideal.

i know, its just weird because i have never seen the guy get into so much bull****. he was always really straight-forward and helpful to me and from what i have read. he did always have little spats about his 'record', but even then it wasnt that big of a deal.
 


i knew him from clubgp. i talked back and forth with him a lot on his post-blower meth setup, which i wanted to do at some point. he seemed to know what the hell he was talking about and it made sense that he would have a stock cam record on e85 and meth (with a little spray too). im just not sure why he decided to come on here and bring on a **** storm with everyone.
 
clubgp...that explains why he is the way he is. He is not needed here if he is going to act like he is nine years old.

He's on a lot of 3800 forums, most in which he brings a lot of knowledge and did for a while here as well. You have to come to realize that this forum does have a lot of newbs that like to run their mouths. Sometimes it gets frustrating when you have a majority of them that don't listen to advice, instead just take the time to post bs.

So I let it linger as long as it did, but I was trying to give him "some" slack to see if maybe he would reel in his ego. But obviously his ego was to big to fit into the boat.

While I agree with most of your statement FoSHO, I get the point of no mods + pulley below 3.8 = potential engine failure. As I said in my reply at the beginning of his new thread. I asked him to be civil about it, but he failed. And yes no doubt there are some on here who helped stir the pot a bit, but he could have kept it in control, but he failed to do from his prior postings, and people here seem to remember the bad more than the good.

Oh well...........What can ya do? :)

The guess the bottomline here is........Don't put on a smaller pulley until you know what the hell you're doing! :th_biggrin2:
 
should have known he was clubgp. from what some of you all have said they're "ZZP or nothing!" and he basically said if you want any kind of tune then get zzp. 1 word against how many on here about how bad that is? Think i'll stick to GPF!
