I read someones kill story on the evo x so i saw 1 this morning i racedhim twice the second time i recorded it just as he down shifted i caught up to him and you can hear him flooring it ! I let off the gas as i caught up to a car in front of me.... to bad i didnt record his thumbs up for you guys !!!! I have intake and flow masters , he had some jap mufflers and a blow off valve from what i can see .... two races and both wins for the gtp !!!! here is the video!!!!

Looks to me like he let off and hit it...and he started to pull on you as your ran into traffic. The other guy has a rocker/header/pulley setup...his car is QUITE faster than yours.
 
I looked down at my camera to press record, he gunned it first and i floored it right after...thats why he shoot out in front at the beginning of the video

Dude...I'm not sticking up for the guy its facts. He ran mid 13's...you have a COLD AIR AND MUFFLERS!! That Evo wasn't stock and was playing around.
 


i know some one with an evo x. i'll setup a rce between me and him..and i'll show you have no prayer in hell of beating one, cuz i am far modded on you, and he'll destroy me, with exhaust and an intake. without rockers or a tune you have ZERO top end...i mean seriously..have you floored your car on the freeway before? i hated my car before rockers, no balls. he was messing with you people with expensive, modded, tear ass fast cars tend to do that. then he gave you a thumbs up, you no doubt gave one back, he said "what a tool" and drove on.....its happened to all of us man, its ok.
 
^^now about that...he might have a tune or something...the X's are slouches in a straight line compared to the VIII's and IX's...but in any case...RUN HIM FROM A ROLL :p

HAHAHA! its obvious from the camera, he was raping you. I ran an evoX from a dig, he got the launch, and i held 1-1/2 cars behind him up to about 80. Mods in sig, didn't have headers or trans at the time, at the time it was plog and zzp d/p.
 


I wasent there...but going from the video looks like he got on it slowed down and then floored it again. Just wondering you said you raced him twice....sooo the first race how did that go?
 
what i see/hear is, you punching it and they are ahead, they then STOP your pull while you have a good run and looks like they start to pull off some before you let off.

they were phuckin with you.
