Well considering how much my controversy my posts usually create, Any one else agree that Obamas "CHANGE" blows the big one? I think the unemployment rate, the healthcare bill, and the dems decision on the Afghanistan war all really really suck. Yet the Obama makes more trips to Asia and China while the unemployment rate is over 10%. Oh dont be afraid though the White House is holding an unemployment summit soon to address that issue.:th_thumb-down: Epic fail so far.

he is doing the same thing he's done in his entire political career....nothing. o wait, he did take some time out to go to the vma's. im sure glad my president was there or it just wouldnt have been the same.
 
Amen! I didn't vote for him!!! I understand everyone says o he is trying to clean up Bushes mess...well how can he do that when he is NEVER in the USA! Something about him I don't like and I have a feeling its going to get REALLLY bad.

I didn't vote for him either, in fact I voted for the either guy. I wasn't too impressed with either one, actually. There are a few key points that the dems make that I agree with though, like health care - maybe not now, but soon.

However, international relations are extremely important. If you think that we can ignore the global economy because it doesn't affect whats going on at home, you're wrong. He should go out and do everything he can.

You mention the dems view on Afghanistan. I can't argue. Mainly because I don't even know what it is! I'm sooo confused as to whats going on over there right now it isn't even funny. I guess they want to pull out, or do they want to send more? Who knows....
 
It was all the people who did not no what the **** was going on and voted for him that ****ed us all. Most of them should not even been allowed to vote for stupidity.

Not all was stupid..I mean he had ALOT of good views...but after reading and trying to follow him I seen he was a flip flopper BAD! He seem to say anything he could to get in office. But again this just a opinion.

Did not a single person interviewed on there ask, "is this respectful and/or appreciated by the leader of Japan?"

Isn't the US president a figure head to start with?
 
Everyone saw "healthcare for everyone" and being the lazy bums that alot of america is automatically thinks that a good idea. WTF did they think was going to pay for this? I think its just going to get worse so im holding onto every penny I can. Hopefully next election the idiot will not get voted back into office.
 
Obama's neither the problem nor the solution. He's a symptom of what's wrong with America. Politicians get elected by giving simple answers to complex questions, not by telling the inconvenient truth that real change takes a lot of time, effort, and leadership. Too many Americans want a quick fix or a warm fuzzy. They want "change" to be handed to them overnight. Our country won't change for the better until we fix this short-sighted instant gratification mentality.

You hear people complaining about people being stupid all day long yet no one ever applies this to how the government runs. :th_shakinghead2:
