Have a few questions I need answered ASAP before I start the swap!

Got a few questions before I FINALLY get this thing started.

• Would AL 103s or AL 104s be better for my setup?
• I've been using Valvoline MaxLife Synthetic Blend for oil since my car has about 113K, should I keep using that or would I benefit more from mobile 1 full synthetic?
• Open Cone or keep my FWI? I think I've decided on open cone, but I'd still like some input and pros/cons.
• Big benefit from switching to the green stuff over dexcool?

- Open cone w/ intercooler, FWI w/o
- Dont think theres any benefits, i run dexcool no issues.

- so long as you change your oil and take care of the car overall it doesnt matter what you run. i always run whatever was cheapest at advance.
- open cone will make the most power
- dexcool requires that you watch it and dont ever let it get air in the system. the green stuff isnt so picky, but thats really the issue. dexcool gets goopy if you let air in the system and let it run around.
